Josh Bourgeois brings 15 years of construction experience to every home he builds. He founded JJ Bourgeois Custom Homes 8 years ago and has built over 25 custom homes since then,  on top of the many homes Josh built earlier in his career.

JJ Bourgeois is a local, family company. When you build with us, you work directly with Josh — he personally calls every client once a week during construction with progress updates, and we limit our client list so your home stays a priority.

We build across the Texas Hill Country, focusing mainly on Canyon Lake and Spring Branch, close to home. We also serve Bulverde, New Braunfels, Blanco, and San Antonio.

Josh's own home in Ensenada Shores in Canyon Lake doubles as our model home, so you can see our craftsmanship firsthand. Ask about a visit when you book a consultation.

Every home includes our warranty: 1 year on workmanship and materials, 2 years on wiring, piping and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems, and 10 years on major structural components.
